Drinking this tea is like a party for the body 🙂
Fresh Mint leaves
– remove the leaves from the stick, wash them and put them into a cup
– cut the ginger root into thin slices – about 5 are enough
– add boiling water, use a spoon and press the leaves and the ginger a bit to make them release the flavor
You can add min. 5 times new boiling water in the cup, the flavor is still intense!
