A daily workout routine that I’ve been doing for a few years now, usually doing 2 to 4 times the 7 minutes.  I was first convinced by articles like the one from NY Times explaining the scientific approach of 7 mw workout.

Now I’m just doing it almost every day, it feels great sweating at home after 15 mn and it’s very complementary to other sports I do like running and swimming. My current set up to do the 7mn workout is : an app on the iphone (tells you out loud when to switch), a mattress on the floor/a wall/a chair, some workout motivation music and I currently put some GoPro/surfing/sports or landscapes videos on my laptop that I watch while doing it.
